Incremental Engineering Support
SouthTel engineers are available to help with special projects, testing and to cover your employee vacations, they offer the flexibility and the expertise to augment your technical staff, only when you need them.  Saving you time and money.

Onsite Technicians
Many SouthTel customers use our engineers on a contract basis to cover special technical requirements or to assist with your technical team.  SouthTel technicians can be contracted for 10-40 hours per week, to supplement your staff.

Installation & Implementation Cut-over Support
SouthTel engineers are available to assist with cutover, moves, and new implementations, helping you to ensure smooth technology transitions.  They are available seven days a week, to minimize downtime.

Help Desk Staffing
SouthTel offers help desk support, either onsite or remotely, to assist with system or software application support.  With many technologies supporting your business infrastructure, it is difficult to maintain a highly trained, available workforce.  SouthTel can assist with that staffing, saving you the frustration and costs associated with hiring and training technical people on multiple applications and systems.
